I love photographing weddings at Syon House and I would say it is one of my favourite venues. So I was really delighted when Helen and Tony last year booked me to be their wedding photographer here.
The day started with the bridal preps at Helen’s friends house in Clapham. I know London pretty well but am always a bit wary of traffic and getting around when photographing there. Thankfully all went to plan and my sat nav came up trumps once again. The preps went very well with plenty of space and good light and then it was a quick dash across London to Syon Park to capture the arrivals as well as Tony and the groomsmen getting ready. Again everything went very much to plan and as is usual at Syon Park we had time for a some portraits around the beautiful settings before joining the guests for drinks and canapes on the lawn. This was then followed by some formal family groups and thankfully the weather remained fine. Then it was straight into the wedding breakfast and speeches. Straight after the (cheese) cake cutting we again did some portraits but this time in front of the main conservatory which by now was lit up and looked magnificent. The day ended with a disco and some pretty energetic dancing !
So once again a really fantastic and enjoyable wedding and thanks again to Helen and Tony for choosing me. I’ve also listed below the detail of all the other suppliers who helped make this such a great day. If you would like to use any of the images please feel free to contact me
